Job Description:
Republic Media Network is inviting applications for the position of Legal Executive (Entry Level) in its Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department. This opportunity is ideal for fresh law graduates and legal professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are interested in media law, corporate legal practice, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts, NDAs, content licensing, vendor, and service agreements.
• Assist in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
• Respond to legal notices, regulatory queries, and statutory correspondence.
• Conduct legal research on media laws, intellectual property, labour laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain legal records, contract trackers, and litigation documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
• Draft internal policies, including Codes of Conduct, POSH, Employment Policies, and SOPs.
• Support due diligence, mergers, investments, and business structuring.
• Assist in compliance documentation under corporate and media sector laws.
Eligibility:
• LL.B. (Mandatory) from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years of relevant internship or work experience (Freshers with strong profiles may also be considered).
• Qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent legal drafting, document review, and compliance skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MCA Portal and legal databases (SCC, Manupatra, etc.) is desirable.
