Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
- Assist in litigation, corporate, and compliance matters
- Prepare pleadings, applications, and case briefs
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, and internal teams
- Maintain case records and ensure timely legal compliance
Eligibility & Preference:
- LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized university
- 0–3 years of experience (as per requirement)
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
