Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Advising clients on corporate-commercial legal matters
• Assisting with regulatory compliance in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal documentation
• Supporting clients on contractual and compliance-related issues
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Prior exposure to the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences sector
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate-commercial legal matters
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills
