Kaarya Law Advocates and Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate. This opportunity is ideal for advocates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation who are looking to gain practical exposure to diverse disputes across multiple judicial forums in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist and appear in litigation matters before various courts and tribunals
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other legal documents
• Support advocates in court proceedings and case strategy
• Manage case files and litigation-related documentation
• Coordinate with clients and legal teams as required

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. from a recognized university
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
• Strong interest in litigation, legal drafting, research, and courtroom practice
• Committed, detail-oriented, and eager to learn advocacy skills
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
