Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on General Corporate matters
• Assist in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
• Handle Private Equity and Joint Venture transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Provide corporate advisory and transaction support
• Conduct legal due diligence and legal research

• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
