Tushar Ahuja Law Office is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate – Litigation. This opportunity is ideal for advocates with 1–2 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) as well as recent law graduates with a strong inclination towards litigation. The practice offers exposure to Civil, Criminal, and Service Law matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various statutory tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, including complaints, suits, writ petitions, applications, and replies
• Assist and appear before courts and tribunals
• Handle case briefing, file management, and procedural compliance
• Support litigation strategy and legal documentation

Eligibility & Preference:

• Preference will be given to Registered Advocates
• Prior court exposure and drafting experience preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
