The Victoriam Legalis (TVL) – Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for Associate positions in IP & Media Law (Non-Litigation) and Litigation. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 0–2 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) who are looking to build their careers in intellectual property, media law, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
For IP & Media Law (Non-Litigation):
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and commercial contracts
• Advise clients on Intellectual Property and Media Law matters
• Conduct legal research and provide compliance support
For Litigation:
• Assist in handling litigation matters before courts and tribunals
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal notices
• Conduct legal research and support case preparation
• Assist in client representation and dispute resolution
Areas of Exposure:
• Intellectual Property Law (IPR)
• Media & Entertainment Law
• Non-Litigation Advisory

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• 0–2 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Interest in Intellectual Property, Media Law, or Litigation practice
