Nexdigm is inviting applications for the position of IP & Trademark Paralegal at its Pune office. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 1–5 years of experience in Intellectual Property support, trademark prosecution, legal coordination, or paralegal functions. The role offers hands-on exposure to IP enforcement, trademark lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support urgent IP enforcement and customs-related matters by coordinating with internal teams and external counsel
• Assist in the trademark prosecution lifecycle, including filings, renewals, watch notices, and docketing
• Manage legal documentation, including Powers of Attorney (POAs), signatures, evidence repositories, and administrative follow-ups
• Participate in docketing meetings and ensure timely tracking of actions, deadlines, and filings
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of IP-related processes

Eligibility & Preference:
• Graduate in any discipline (Law degree not mandatory)

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
