Job Description:
Equilibrio Advisory LLP is inviting applications for the position of Associate under its POSHequili vertical. The role is ideal for legal and mental health professionals with experience in POSH training and inquiries, who are passionate about workplace safety, gender equity, diversity and inclusion, child rights, and social justice initiatives.

• Experience Required: More than 1 Year in POSH Training and Inquiries
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting POSH awareness and sensitization training sessions
• Assisting in POSH inquiries and workplace investigations
• Drafting reports, policies, and related documentation
• Supporting diversity, inclusion, and workplace safety initiatives
• Engaging with stakeholders on gender equity and child rights-related matters
• Contributing to advisory and consulting assignments
Eligibility & Preference:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law, Mental Health, or related fields
• More than 1 year of experience conducting POSH trainings and inquiries
• Interest in human rights, social issues, gender equity, diversity and inclusion, and child rights
• Strong drafting and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented and detail-focused approach
• Language proficiency aligned with the region, including Marathi, English, and Tamil (speaking, reading, and writing) preferred
