This opportunity is ideal for qualified Indian Patent Agents with experience in patent prosecution and a strong background in chemistry, seeking to work on innovative intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling patent prosecution matters before the Indian Patent Office
• Drafting and responding to First Examination Reports (FERs)
• Representing and assisting in hearings before the Indian Patent Office
• Conducting patent-related research and analysis
• Assisting clients with intellectual property protection strategies
• Managing patent portfolios and prosecution workflows
Eligibility & Preference:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Qualified and Registered Indian Patent Agent
• 1–3 years of experience in Indian Patent Prosecution at an IP Law Firm in India
• Experience handling FERs and Patent Office hearings
• Strong understanding of patent laws and procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English
