This pre-partner track role offers experienced legal professionals the opportunity to lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development within a high-growth practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading complex corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters independently
• Managing and strengthening client relationships
• Advising on regulatory and compliance-related issues
• Mentoring and supervising junior associates
• Supporting business development initiatives and thought leadership activities
• Collaborating with founding partners on strategic matters
• Contributing to practice growth and client acquisition efforts
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in Corporate Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Financial Regulatory Practice
• Primarily law firm experience preferred
• In-house experience at regulated entities may be considered where significant matter ownership is demonstrated
• Expertise in at least two of the following areas:
• RBI & NBFC Regulations
• FEMA & FDI Laws
• Payment Systems Law
• SEBI & Capital Markets Regulations
• IRDAI & Insurance Laws
• PMLA & AML Compliance
• Strong leadership, drafting, advisory, and client management skills
• Litigation and dispute resolution experience alone will not qualify for this role
