The Indian Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) is inviting applications for the position of Research Associate. Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting research on democracy, governance, and election management
• Supporting policy analysis and capacity-building initiatives
• Assisting in the development of training and academic programmes
• Contributing to international collaborations and knowledge-sharing activities
• Preparing reports, research papers, and policy briefs
• Supporting institutional projects related to electoral management and democratic governance
Eligibility & Preference:
• UGC-NET qualified candidates in Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, or related disciplines; OR
• Candidates holding a Master’s degree in International Electoral Management & Practices (MIEMP)
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Interest in public policy, governance, and democratic institutions
