Internship Description:
OpsTree Global is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. This internship offers aspiring legal professionals an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, commercial contracting, contract management, and stakeholder coordination. High-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, including NDAs, Agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Assisting with contract lifecycle and repository management
• Supporting vendor onboarding and legal documentation processes
• Coordinating with stakeholders for RFP-related activities
• Tracking agreement renewals and compliance requirements
• Assisting with legal operations and corporate legal processes
Eligibility & Preference:
• LLB Graduates from a recognized university
• Strong understanding of the Indian Contract Act
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
