Job Description:
Vis Legis Law Practice is inviting applications for the position of Senior Attorney at its Mumbai office. The firm is seeking experienced legal professionals with expertise in real estate transactions, redevelopment matters, and title due diligence, capable of independently handling transactions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle real estate transactions and advisory matters
• Manage redevelopment projects and related legal documentation
• Conduct title due diligence and property investigations
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements
• Provide legal advice on real estate and redevelopment matters
• Independently manage transactions and client requirements end-to-end
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and regulatory authorities as required
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate with 5–7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Prior experience in Real Estate and Redevelopment matters
• Expertise in title due diligence and transaction management
• Experience with a law firm or real estate developer preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently handle complex matters and client interactions
