DSK Legal is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate / Principal Associate in its Capital Markets Practice at the Mumbai office. The role offers an opportunity to work on high-value capital market transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, preferential allotments, and regulatory advisory for listed companies and market intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on Capital Markets transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, and Preferential Allotments by listed companies
• Interact with issuer companies, auditors, and Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) during offerings
• Conduct legal and secretarial due diligence, including review of legal documents, business and financial contracts, litigation, and statutory compliances
• Draft and review offer documents and transaction-related documentation
• Advise listed companies and market intermediaries on statutory and regulatory compliance matters
• Monitor and analyze developments in SEBI regulations and Capital Markets laws
Eligibility & Preference:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.)
• Additional qualification as Company Secretary (CS) will be an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Capital Markets practice at a leading law firm
• Strong understanding of securities laws, SEBI regulations, and public offerings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively
