Piramal Finance is inviting applications for internships with its Legal Team. This internship offers law students practical exposure to banking and finance laws, recovery litigation, dispute resolution mechanisms, and legal compliance matters. Candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with legal professionals on real-world matters involving debt recovery and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in matters relating to proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, 2002
• Support Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and recovery-related matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal notes
• Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Support case management and compliance-related activities
• Coordinate with advocates, courts, and regulatory authorities
Eligibility & Preference:
• Law students interested in Banking & Finance Laws
• Interest in Dispute Resolution, ADR, and Recovery Litigation
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a professional legal environment
