Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in litigation and arbitration matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions
• Support appearances and case management before various forums
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and government departments as required
• Assist in strategy development for ongoing matters
Practice Exposure:
• Delhi High Court
• Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT)
• Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT)
• District Courts
• Other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience or a recent law graduate
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities
• Interest in litigation and arbitration practice
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a professional litigation environment
