Job Description:
Applications are invited for the position of Legal Associate / Senior Legal Executive. The role is suited for legal professionals with experience in commercial contracts, legal advisory, compliance, and legal research. The selected candidate will work closely with various business functions and support contract management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

• Position: Legal Associate / Senior Legal Executive
• Location: Mumbai, India
• Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days per Week in Office)
• Experience Required: 2–4 Years
• Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, RFPs, Partner Agreements, and Teaming Agreements
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to execution
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve contractual issues
• Conduct legal research on commercial laws, emerging legislation, and regulatory developments
• Monitor and advise on data privacy regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA
• Provide legal and risk-mitigation advice on commercial contracts and business operations
• Support compliance initiatives and internal governance requirements
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized institution
• 2–4 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Understanding of commercial law and corporate legal practices
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks preferred
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
