Reliance Corporate Advisors (RCA) is inviting applications for the position of Mid-Level Associate (Legal). The firm is seeking a qualified legal professional with experience in corporate and commercial law, contracts, compliance, and litigation to join its growing team and contribute to high-impact legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on corporate and commercial law matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Assisting with regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters
• Supporting litigation and dispute resolution work
• Providing legal research and strategic advisory support
Eligibility & Preference:
• Licensed Advocate
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience in corporate/commercial law preferred
• Strong understanding of contracts and compliance matters
• Experience in litigation will be an added advantage
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
