The firm is seeking experienced legal professionals with exposure to commercial litigation and arbitration matters. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial litigation and arbitration matters
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and legal submissions
• Assist in dispute resolution strategy and case management
• Coordinate with clients and counsel on ongoing matters
• Support arbitration proceedings and commercial disputes
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Experience in handling dispute resolution matters
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments effectively
