The firm is seeking professionals with strong transactional and advisory experience across multiple corporate practice areas. Practice Areas:

• General Corporate Advisory
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on complex corporate and commercial transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements
• Conduct legal due diligence and regulatory analysis
• Assist in structuring and executing corporate transactions
• Provide strategic legal advice across relevant practice areas
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams on ongoing mandates
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 3–6+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong transactional or advisory experience in one or more specified practice areas
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong client management and communication abilities
