Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case analysis on property-related matters
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents and agreements
• Assist in property verification and title due diligence processes
• Review land records and related documentation
• Support compliance with real estate and property regulations
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain legal documentation
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Ability to read Kannada (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of or interest in Property Law and real estate matters
• Strong legal drafting, document review, and research skills
• Understanding of land records and property verification processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools
• High ethical standards and strong attention to detail
