Key Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial litigation matters across various courts and forums
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions
• Assist in litigation strategy and case management
• Attend court proceedings and client meetings
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and legal teams
• Manage multiple matters while ensuring timely delivery of work
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Commercial Litigation
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
