Job Description:
PSA (Priti Suri & Associates) is inviting applications from experienced lawyers with strong exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. The firm is seeking professionals who are well-versed in transaction structuring, drafting, and reviewing key transaction documents, and who can contribute effectively to complex corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Work on term sheets, Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs), and ancillary closing documents
• Conduct legal due diligence and transaction support
• Advise clients on corporate and transactional matters
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during transaction processes
• Support deal execution and closing activities
Eligibility & Preference:
• 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Strong exposure to M&A transactions
• Familiarity with transaction documentation, including term sheets, SPAs, SHAs, and closing documents
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Experience in public markets or listed company advisory work will be an added advantage
• Candidates with less than 2 years of experience are not eligible to apply
