Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in handling trademark, copyright, design, and patent matters
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft legal documents, notices, applications, and responses
• Support prosecution and litigation-related work
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders in IP matters
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters
• Experience in Trademark, Copyright, Design, and Patent work preferred
• Exposure to prosecution and litigation matters will be an advantage
• Strong drafting, communication, and case management skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple assignments
