Job Description:
A leading law firm in Mumbai is inviting applications from experienced General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) lawyers. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals currently working in Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firms and seeking to further their careers in corporate transactions, advisory work, and M&A matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on general corporate law matters
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments
• Support corporate advisory and compliance matters
• Coordinate with clients and transaction stakeholders
• Assist in transaction execution and closing processes
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in General Corporate and M&A practice
• Prior experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Law Firm is mandatory
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex corporate transactions
• Candidates currently working in law firms will be preferred
• Candidates seeking in-house opportunities are not suitable for this role
