Brave Souls Foundation is inviting applications for the position of Law Officer. This role is ideal for experienced litigation professionals committed to advancing human rights, social justice, and supporting survivors of acid attacks and gender-based violence.
Details:
• Position: Law Officer
• Organisation: Brave Souls Foundation
• Location: Jangpura Extension, New Delhi
• Experience: 3–5 Years (Litigation Experience Mandatory)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Mode: Full-Time
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently represent clients before courts and tribunals
• Draft complaints, writ petitions, representations, and other legal documents
• Coordinate with survivors and support advocacy initiatives
• Conduct legal and non-legal research
• Assist in matters relating to human rights and gender justice
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Prior practice before District Courts and the Delhi High Court
• Strong legal research, drafting, and client counselling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to human rights, social justice, and survivor rights
