Compliance Calendar LLP is inviting applications from enthusiastic and dedicated law students to join its Trademark Department. This internship offers practical exposure to trademark law, intellectual property research, drafting, and advisory work.
Details:
• Position: Law Intern – Trademark Department

• Location: Pandav Nagar, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct trademark searches and legal research
• Draft replies to Examination Reports and other trademark-related documents
• Analyse case laws and prepare legal notes
• Assist the team with intellectual property-related assignments
• Support ongoing trademark prosecution and advisory work
Eligibility Criteria:
• Law students (Preferably 3rd Year and above of a 5-year law course or 2nd Year and above of a 3-year law course)
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights, particularly Trademark Law
• Good analytical and communication abilities
