• Position: Non-Litigation Associate

• Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including leave and license agreements, lease agreements, sale agreements, development agreements, PAAAs, and legal notices
• Conducting legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
• Assisting on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI Regulations
• Supporting legal transactions and advisory assignments
• Assisting the litigation team, whenever required
Eligibility & Requirements:
• LL.B. from a recognised law school
• Mumbai-based candidates only
• 0–1 year of post-qualification experience
• Experience in assisting with legal transactions and contract drafting/review
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Ability to work in a professional corporate legal environment
