Internship Description:

The Office of IP Vishrut Jain is inviting applications for a Paid Internship in the field of Insolvency and Bankruptcy. This opportunity is ideal for law students, recent law graduates, and CA aspirants interested in restructuring, insolvency, and corporate law. Interns will gain hands-on experience working on active CIRP cases and proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT.

• Location: Delhi NCR (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation proceedings
• Drafting and reviewing petitions, applications, and legal notices for NCLT and NCLAT matters
• Assisting with collation, verification, and admission of stakeholder claims
• Conducting legal and financial research on IBC case laws and IBBI regulations
• Supporting ongoing insolvency and restructuring assignments

Eligibility & Preference:

• Final-year law students or recent law graduates with knowledge of Company Law and IBC
• CA Inter or CA Final candidates interested in insolvency resolution and financial analysis
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Candidates available for immediate joining and able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
