Job Description:
Chambers of Sinha Shrey Nikhilesh is inviting applications for the position of Advocate. The chambers is looking to hire two advocates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience and prior exposure to commercial litigation. This role offers extensive experience in high-stakes commercial and corporate disputes across various judicial and arbitral forums.

Key Responsibilities:
• Appearing and drafting matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals
• Assisting in proceedings before National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs) across India
• Handling litigation before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal opinions in complex commercial disputes
• Providing strategic advisory support in corporate litigation matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in commercial litigation is essential
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Court appearance experience preferred
• Ability to handle complex commercial and corporate litigation matters
