Key Responsibilities:
• Handling litigation matters related to unsecured business loans
• Managing legal recovery and dispute resolution processes
• Coordinating with advocates and external counsel
• Monitoring court proceedings and legal documentation
• Providing legal support for recovery and enforcement actions
• Advising on litigation strategy and risk management
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Experience with an NBFC or Bank handling unsecured loan matters
• Strong understanding of banking and finance-related litigation
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and case management skills
• Ability to handle litigation matters independently
