Key Responsibilities:
• Handling litigation matters across various forums
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Assisting in court proceedings and client interactions
• Managing matters independently while collaborating with team members
• Supporting litigation strategy and case preparation
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
• Experience in handling court proceedings and client interactions
• Ability to manage matters independently and work as part of a team
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and professionally driven
