A growing technology organization is inviting applications for the position of Legal Consultant. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in corporate legal affairs, contract management, compliance, and legal advisory within IT, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
Details:
• Position: Legal Consultant
• Location: Sector-90, Noida
• Mode: Work From Office
• Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and client agreements
• Ensure compliance with corporate, labour, and regulatory requirements
• Provide legal guidance on IT services, software licensing, data privacy, and intellectual property matters
• Handle legal notices and disputes, and coordinate with external legal counsel
• Conduct legal risk assessments and support audits, due diligence, and corporate documentation
Eligibility:
• LL.B. Degree
• 3–5 years of corporate legal experience
• Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, labour laws, and corporate laws
• Understanding of Intellectual Property Rights, Data Privacy, and IT-related legal frameworks
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Technology, or Software Development companies
• Exposure to GDPR, international contracts, and software licensing agreements
