Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and reviewing Title Search Reports (TSRs)
• Conducting property due diligence and title investigations
• Scrutinising title deeds, chain documents, encumbrances, and revenue records
• Conducting legal research and analysis relating to property matters
• Assisting in drafting legal documents and reports
• Managing assignments independently and adhering to deadlines
Eligibility & Preference:
• Experience in Title Search Reports (TSR) and property due diligence
• Ability to examine title documents and ownership records
• Basic understanding of Property Law, Banking Law, and Real Estate Law
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
