Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Drafting contracts, notices, and legal documentation
• Assisting in compliance audits and regulatory projects
• Working on live client assignments
• Supporting pre-litigation strategy and court-related processes
• Assisting with corporate advisory and dispute resolution matters
• Learning under the guidance of experienced legal professionals
Eligibility & Preference:
• 3rd Year B.A. LL.B. students and above
• 2nd Year LL.B. students and above
• Access to a laptop is mandatory
• Strong interest in corporate law, compliance, and dispute resolution
• Good legal research and drafting skills preferred
