Role Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and analytical work
• Drafting legal documents, contracts, and transactional agreements
• Reviewing commercial and corporate agreements
• Providing legal opinions and advisory support to clients
• Assisting in corporate transactions and restructuring matters
• Supporting dispute resolution and strategic legal processes
• Managing transaction-oriented assignments within timelines

• Knowledge of FinTech, AIFs, and FEMA/foreign exchange regulations will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills preferred
• Candidates capable of handling transaction-based work and deadlines efficiently will be preferred
