Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with legal drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements and commercial contracts
• Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements of the organisation
• Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes as required
• Coordinating with internal teams on legal and operational matters
• Assisting in managing legal risks and documentation processes
Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience
• Candidates interested in or currently working within startup environments will be preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-moving setup
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
