Job Description:
Adalat AI is inviting applications from lawyers for its partnership initiative in Andhra Pradesh. The role involves working closely with district courts, stenographers, court staff, and judicial stakeholders to support technology adoption and implementation within the court system.
This is a field-intensive role focused on on-ground engagement, training, troubleshooting, and coordination across courts and judicial institutions.

Nature of Work:
• Conducting training sessions for stenographers and court staff
• Coordinating with district courts and High Court registries
• Assisting with adoption and implementation of legal technology solutions
• Identifying operational and workflow challenges within courts
• Supporting technology-enabled judicial processes
Eligibility & Preference:
• Lawyers with 2+ years of litigation or clerkship experience
• Fluency in Telugu (reading and speaking mandatory)
• Ability to conduct training sessions and resolve adoption-related issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates interested in judicial reform and reducing pendency preferred
