Role Overview:
The role involves handling end-to-end trademark matters, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and development of the firm’s trademark practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing trademark prosecution and portfolio work
• Handling client advisory and strategy on trademark matters
• Drafting and reviewing responses, oppositions, and legal documents
• Coordinating with clients and stakeholders
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to practice development and knowledge initiatives
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong experience in trademark law and prosecution
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle client-facing responsibilities independently
• Leadership skills and team management capability
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
