Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Handling trademark prosecution and copyright registration matters
• Conducting legal research and preparing opinions
• Assisting in advisory and transactional work across IP and tech law
• Supporting client engagements and legal strategy development
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• Strong understanding of trademark and copyright procedures
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Solid legal research and analytical skills
Compensation:
• INR 30,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)
