• Civil Appellate Jurisdiction

Forums:
• High Court
• Commercial Court
• ITAT
• DRT
• NCLT
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Assisting in drafting pleadings, writ petitions, and appellate matters
• Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
• Supporting appearances across courts and tribunals
• Handling documentation and case preparation
• Working on tax, civil, and regulatory litigation matters
Who Should Apply:
