This role is tailored for individuals who value precision, ownership, and professionalism, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment.
Who Can Apply:
• Fresh law graduates with a strong grounding in Corporate Law and interest in M&A
• Lawyers with 1–2 years of experience in corporate advisory
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in corporate transactions and M&A deals
• Draft, review, and analyse transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and legal research
• Support advisory work and client deliverables
• Work on cross-border and international matters
