Two-Day International Workshop on Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
The workshop aims to deepen participants’ understanding of the Mediation Act and provide practical dispute resolution skills aligned with global best practices. It includes interactive and case-based sessions focusing on empathetic listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution techniques.
