This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals seeking exposure to sophisticated advisory, employment, and litigation matters within an internationally recognised law firm environment in Cambodia.

• Senior Associate – Labor & Employment Practice Group
• Associate – Litigation Practice Group
Practice Areas:
• Labor & Employment Law
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on employment and labour law-related matters
• Assisting with litigation strategy, dispute resolution, and court proceedings
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions and submissions
• Drafting pleadings, contracts, notices, and litigation-related documentation
• Supporting client advisory and representation matters across practice groups
Eligibility & Preference:
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Prior experience in labour & employment or litigation practice preferred depending on the role applied for
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional law firm environment
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and client advisory functions
• Candidates interested in international and cross-border legal exposure are encouraged to apply
