About the School of Law
Bahra University established the School of Law in the Year 2013 on its campus to offer 5-year Integrated Law Course. Later on, started three-year LL.B. course, 1-year LL.M and Ph.D. course. School of law has completed ten years with academic excellence.
National Moot Court Competition
The School of Law, Bahra University takes great pride in organising its 4th National Moot Court Competition, 2024 which is based on Criminal Law.
Eligibility
Law Schools / Colleges / Institutes / Universities, recognised by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in the National Level Moot Court Competition. The participants should currently be pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree in Law, i.e. Three Year or Five-Year Law Courses.
Team Composition
Each team shall comprise of Three (3) members ONLY out of which two (2) will be speakers and one (1) researcher.

How to Register?

- €The registration fee Rs. 4000 (Without Accommodation) Rs. 5000(With Accommodation)
The last date for submitting the registration form with fee is 8.04.2024.
Awards
Trophies and cash prizes shall be awarded to the Winner >Rs. 21,000/- Runners Up Rs. ,11,000/- , Best Memorial Rs. 3,000/- and Best Speaker Rs.3,000/- .
All participants will be awarded Certificates of Participation and the winners will receive Certificates of Merit.
