About GLC:

About the Event.

This year we are hosting the 3rd edition of Freedom Fighter Late Shri. Prem Nidhi Agrawal Memorial Essay Competition. Our aim is to give the participants a platform where they gain in-depth knowledge by performing top-notch research on a particular subject and compose an essay on the same with their immaculate drafting skills.

The topics:

1) Critical analysis of defamation jurisprudence in India.

2) Role and impact of Artificial Intelligence in Judiciary

Guidelines to the essay competition:-

1.    Word Limit: 2500 Words (Excluding of an abstract of not more than 300 words)

2.    Citation style: Harvard BlueBook 20th Edition

3.    Co-authorship up to two authors allowed

4.    Zero plagiarism policy

The Prizes for the competition:

Winning Essay: Cash Prize of Rs. 6,000 /-, a trophy, certificate of merit and publication of the essay in GLCMUN Souvenir

Second: Cash Prize of Rs. 4,000 /-, a trophy and certificate of merit

Third: Cash Prize of Rs. 2,000 /-, a trophy and certificate of merit

All the Participants shall receive a certificate of participation.
