Zen Media LLP is hiring a Legal Associate (2–3 years PQE) to support our expanding media, advertising, and commercial operations. This role is suited for a lawyer who is comfortable working closely with business teams and handling contracts in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

Reporting to: Legal Manager / Partners
Compensation: As per industry standards
Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including MSAs, NDAs, SLAs, vendor/client agreements, consultancy and employment contracts, and MoUs

Handling media, advertising, influencer, endorsement, media buying, and agency–client agreements

Reviewing advertising creatives for compliance with ASCI Guidelines, Consumer Protection Act, IT Act, data protection norms, and platform policies

Identifying contractual risks relating to indemnities, limitation of liability, termination, and dispute resolution

Managing contract trackers and agreement lifecycle processes

Drafting and reviewing basic real estate documents such as Leave & License Agreements, Lease Deeds, MoUs, and Indemnity Bonds

Supporting title due diligence, stamping, registration, and execution coordination

Assisting with legal notices, external counsel coordination, corporate governance, and statutory compliances

Providing practical, business-oriented legal support to internal teams
Qualifications

LL.B. (LL.M. preferred, not mandatory)

2–3 years PQE in corporate–commercial law

Exposure to media, advertising, digital contracts, or real estate documentation preferred

Strong drafting, research, and contract review skills

High attention to detail with a business-first mindset
