About the Programme
The Hamburg Sustainability Conference (HSC) is inviting applications for its Youth Ambassador Program 2026, an initiative designed to amplify voices from Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDE). The program aims to empower young leaders to shape global sustainability dialogues and contribute to a just and inclusive transition toward a sustainable future.
About the Opportunity
Selected Youth Ambassadors will participate in the HSC, scheduled for June 29–30, 2026, engaging with 1,600+ global leaders, including heads of state, policymakers, and sustainability experts. Ambassadors will actively contribute to conference sessions, share their insights, and collaborate on advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Eligibility Criteria

Age: Between 18 and 30 years old

Background: Must belong to and reside in an Emerging Market or Developing Economy (EMDE)

Experience: Proven record of leadership in sustainability initiatives, whether through founding projects, community mobilization, or awareness-building efforts
