Ashish Mehta is inviting applications for a Work From Anywhere (WFA) – Paid Research Internship in Regulatory Litigation and White Collar Crimes.

The work involves intensive, time-sensitive legal research for matters across multiple judicial forums, including:

• Supreme Court of India
• High Courts
• NCLAT / NCLT
• Sessions Courts

Assignments involve complex legal issues under statutes such as PMLA, Companies Act, IBC, TRAI Act, PC Act, among others. The work is high-priority, multi-dimensional, and often back-to-back.

Eligibility (Strict)

• 5th year / final-year law students only
• Prior exposure to regulatory litigation and white-collar crime matters
• Completion of more than 4 internships in the above dispute areas
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines

Mandatory Drafting Skills

Applicants must be proficient in drafting:

  1. List of Dates

  2. Synopsis

  3. Factual Notes

  4. Legal Notes
